Frequently Asked Questions
How do people use coaching sessions?
There are two ways people generally approach coaching. Use a single coaching session to get over a particular challenge or to kickstart your practice whenever you feel like you are in a lull. Use multiple sessions with a coach to develop a particular skill set over time.
How long are coaching sessions?
Every session is 60min.
What happens during a coaching session?
Sessions are broken up into three parts: check-in, work, check-out. During check-in, you and Andrew will have a conversation about your particular goals for the session. The work time will be spent on exercises and concepts that directly inform your stated goals. During check-out, you and Andrew will discuss what worked and what didn’t and any homework that would be beneficial.
Do coaching packages ever expire?
No. Purchased sessions will never expire.
